      • Actualizare Clan Raids
        • Clan Raids este o nouă funcționalitate de endgame deblocată la Clan Nivel 30. Sunt mini-războaie între două clanuri pentru un singur Raid Turf: un clan atacă, celălalt apără, iar câștigătorul obține controlul teritoriului respectiv.
        • Fiecare Clan Raid durează 30 de minute odată ce începe. Înainte de startul luptei, se deschide un lobby de 90 de secunde astfel încât ambele clanuri să se poată alătura și echipele să fie echilibrate.
        • Dimensiunea echipei din lobby este scalabilă și este determinată de numărul de membri online în ambele clanuri (folosește partea mai mică pentru a fi echitabil):
          • 10v10 (dacă ambele au 10+ online)
          • 6v6 (dacă ambele au 6+)
          • 5v5 (dacă ambele au 5+)
          • 3v3 minim (raid-ul nu poate începe sub 3v3)
        • Revendicarea Raid Turfurilor Neocupate
          • Raid Turfurile Neocupate pot fi revendicate folosind /claimraidturf în timp ce stai în interiorul turfului. Revendicarea costă $50,000 + 50 droguri + 10,000 materiale din Seiful Clanului și aplică un cooldown de protecție de 24 de ore (turful nu poate fi atacat în această perioadă).
          • Cerințe: Clan Nivel 30+, Clan Rang 6+, și clanul tău trebuie să fie sub limita maximă de turfuri deținute.
        • Pentru a începe un raid, un clan atacator trebuie să meargă în interiorul unui Raid Turf deținut de dușman și să folosească /raid. Dacă turful este atacabil (activ, deținut, nu este pe cooldown și nu este deja sub raid), un lobby de raid este creat și raid-ul este anunțat ambelor clanuri.
        • Jucătorul care începe raid-ul este trimis la lobby-ul de raid imediat. Membrii ambelor clanuri se pot alătura folosind /joinraid în timpul ferestrei de lobby (90s). Echipele sunt menținute echilibrate și nu pot depăși limita curentă (se scalează până la 10v10).
        • Raid-urile pot fi începute doar în intervalul 08:00 → 02:00 și sunt blocate în jurul timpului de război (Gang Wars/Clan Wars/Weekend Wars).
        • Nu poți ataca propriul turf, și nu poți începe dacă clanul tău deja atacă sau apără un alt raid.
        • Dacă nu se alătură suficienți jucători la timp, raid-ul este anulat și turful primește un cooldown scurt (5 minute).
        • Lobby-ul este o zonă sigură: damage-ul este blocat și jucătorii nu pot lupta acolo.
        • Echipele sunt forțate să fie echilibrate și limitate: nu te poți alătura dacă partea ta ar depăși numărul celeilalte, și nicio echipă nu poate depăși limita curentă.
        • Raid-ul începe imediat odată ce ambele părți ating limita necesară; altfel, când lobby-ul se termină, începe cu cea mai mare limită validă (10/6/5/3). Dacă nicio limită validă nu este atinsă, raid-ul este anulat.
        • În timpul raid-ului LIVE, ambele echipe sunt teleportate într-o arenă dedicată și lupta începe.
        • Friendly fire este dezactivat în timpul raid-ului LIVE: nu poți da damage coechipierilor (doar inamicilor).

        • Dacă o echipă atinge 100 de puncte, raid-ul se termină instant și acea echipă câștigă.
        • Dacă timer-ul de 30 de minute se termină primul, câștigătorul este decis de scor.
        • Dacă scorul este egal când se termină timpul, apărătorii câștigă (avantaj egalitate).
        • După ce orice raid se termină, turful intră pe un cooldown de 24h înainte de a putea fi atacat din nou.
        • Turful schimbă proprietarul doar dacă atacatorii câștigă (altfel apărătorii îl păstrează).
        • Un clan nu poate ataca în timp ce deja atacă, și nu poate ataca în timp ce apără un alt raid; de asemenea, clanul apărător nu poate apăra/ataca un alt raid în același timp.
        • Un clan poate deține maximum 5 Raid Turfs; dacă atacatorii câștigă când sunt deja la limită, ei câștigă raid-ul dar nu pot captura (cooldown-ul tot se aplică).
        • Fiecare raid turf va recompensa o sumă aleatorie la fiecare payday bazată pe șansă. Există o șansă de 50% să primești bani între $1,500 și $4,000, o șansă de 35% să primești 8,000 până la 15,000 materiale, și o șansă de 15% să primești 2 până la 5 droguri.
        • Recompensa va fi afișată în chat-ul de clan, și doar clanul care deține turful va primi plata.
        • Jucătorii pot activa/vizualiza raid turfurile folosind /raidturfs, iar /raidzones arată lista tuturor raid turfurilor.
        • Dacă serverul se restartează în timp ce un raid este activ, meciul este auto-închis și un câștigător este decis de ultimul scor salvat (egalitate → apărători), apoi cooldown-ul/proprietatea este aplicată.
        • /clanresign nu poate fi folosit în timp ce ești într-un raid (lobby sau LIVE).
        • Dacă un clan expiră în timp ce deține raid turfuri, acele turfuri vor fi resetate automat.
        • Reguli de Spawn & Respawn Pentru Participanții la Raid
          • Jucătorii revin în arenă în timpul raid-ului LIVE.
          • După fiecare respawn, jucătorii primesc loadout-ul lor de raid (arme) automat.
          • Protecția la spawn (5 secunde) este aplicată după respawn pentru a preveni uciderile instant la spawn.
          • Protecția la spawn este înlăturată automat dacă un jucător dă damage unui alt jucător în timp ce este activă.
        • Puncte de Sănătate (Pickups din Arenă)
          • Când un jucător este ucis, un kit de sănătate mic poate cădea la locația morții.
          • Ridicarea lui restaurează +35 HP.
          • Kit-urile de sănătate dispar după 20 de secunde, și fiecare raid are o cantitate limitată activă deodată.
        • Părăsire / Gestionare Deconectare
          • Jucătorii pot părăsi un raid activ folosind /leaveraid.
          • Dacă o echipă devine goală în timpul unui raid LIVE (toți pleacă/se deconectează), raid-ul se termină mai devreme și cealaltă echipă câștigă.
          • Dacă un jucător se deconectează în timpul unui raid activ (LIVE), reconectarea va restaura automat jucătorul în același raid și îl va teleporta înapoi în arenă dacă raid-ul este încă activ.
  • Actualizare Job Craftsman (Livrări Mai Rapide & Mai Multă Stocare Materiale Craftsman)
    • În urma feedback-ului jucătorilor care cer opțiuni de livrare mai rapide pentru job-ul Craftsman, am adăugat îmbunătățiri noi destinate Craftsman-ilor cu skill înalt.
    • Livrări Aeriene (Cerință Skill 10)
      • Jucătorii pot acum folosi avioane private sau elicoptere pentru a livra pachete Craftsman.
      • Această funcționalitate este deblocată la skill Craftsman 10. Până la skill 10, Craftsman-ii pot încă livra folosind o mașină privată ca de obicei.

        • Jucătorii vor trebui să se întâlnească pe hartă, unul dintre jucători va trebui să selecteze celălalt jucător din (/binder) -> See matches și să meargă la el/ea.
        • După aceea, vor avea un checkpoint unul la altul actualizat constant, ca la (/find).
        • Când ajung unul la altul, vor primi o instrucțiune de la server: jucătorul bărbat ar trebui să folosească (/giveflower Name/ID) pe femeie și femeia ar trebui să aștepte floarea de la bărbat, după aceea ea va da (/accept flower Name/ID) pentru a declanșa scena și a începe întâlnirea.

      • Clan Raids Update
        • Clan Raids are a new endgame feature unlocked at Clan Level 30. They are mini-wars between two clans over a single Raid Turf: one clan attacks, the other defends, and the winner earns control of that turf.
        • Each Clan Raid lasts 30 minutes once it goes live. Before the fight starts, a 90-second lobby opens so both clans can join and the teams can be balanced.
        • Lobby team size is scalable and is determined by the number of members online in both clans (it uses the smaller side to keep it fair):
          • 10v10 (if both have 10+ online)
          • 6v6 (if both have 6+)
          • 5v5 (if both have 5+)
          • 3v3 minimum (raid can’t start below 3v3)
        • Claiming Unowned Raid Turfs
          • Unowned Raid Turfs can be claimed using /claimraidturf while standing inside the turf. Claiming costs $50,000 + 50 drugs + 10,000 materials from the Clan Safe and applies a 24-hour protection cooldown (the turf can’t be raided during this time).
          • Requirements: Clan Level 30+, Clan Rank 6+, and your clan must be below the maximum owned turfs limit.
        • To start a raid, an attacking clan must go inside an enemy-owned Raid Turf and use /raid. If the turf is attackable (active, owned, not on cooldown, and not already under raid), a raid lobby is created and the raid is announced to both clans.
        • The player who starts the raid is sent to the raid lobby immediately. Members of both clans can then join using /joinraid during the lobby window (90s). Teams are kept balanced and cannot exceed the current cap (scales up to 10v10).
        • Raids can only be started during 08:00 → 02:00 and are blocked around war (Gang Wars/Clan Wars/ Weekend Wars) time.
        • You can’t raid your own turf, and you can’t start if your clan is already attacking or defending another raid.
        • If not enough players join in time, the raid is cancelled and the turf gets a short cooldown (5 minutes).
        • The lobby is a safe zone: damage is blocked and players can’t fight there.
        • Teams are enforced as balanced and capped: you can’t join if your side would outnumber the other, and no team can exceed the current cap.
        • The raid starts immediately once both sides reach the required cap; otherwise, when the lobby ends it starts with the highest valid cap (10/6/5/3). If no valid cap is met, the raid is cancelled.
        • During the LIVE raid, both teams are teleported into a dedicated arena and the fight begins.
        • Friendly fire is disabled during the LIVE raid: you can’t damage teammates (only enemies).
        • Raids use a score system: every kill grants points to the killer’s clan team, and the first team to reach the target score (100 Points) wins the raid and secures the turf.
        • Kill Points (based on weapon used)
          • Deagle: +1 point
          • M4: +2 points
          • Rifle: +3 points
          • Fist: +5 points
          • (Any other weapon defaults to +1)
        • If a team reaches 100 points, the raid ends instantly and that team wins.
        • If the 30-minute timer ends first, the winner is decided by score.
        • If the score is tied when time runs out, the defenders win (tie advantage).
        • After any raid finishes, the turf goes on a 24h cooldown before it can be attacked again.
        • The turf only changes owner if the attackers win (otherwise the defenders keep it).
        • A clan can’t attack while already attacking, and can’t attack while defending another raid; and the defending clan can’t be defending/attacking another raid at the same time.
        • A clan can own up to 5 Raid Turfs max; if attackers win while already at the limit, they still win the raid but cannot capture (cooldown still applies).
        • Each raid turf will reward a random sum each payday based on chance. There is a 50% chance to receive money ranging from $1,500 to $4,000, a 35% chance to receive 8,000 to 15,000 materials, and a 15% chance to receive 2 to 5 drugs.
        • The reward will be displayed in the clan chat, and only the clan that owns the turf will receive the payout.
        • Players can toggle/view the raid turfs using /raidturfs, and /raidzones shows the list of all raid turfs.
        • If the server restarts while a raid is active, the match is auto-closed and a winner is decided by the last saved score (tie → defenders), then cooldown/ownership is applied.
        • /clanresign cannot be used while you are in a raid (lobby or LIVE).
        • If a clan expires while owning raid turfs, those turfs will be automatically reset.
        • Spawn & Respawn Rules For Raid Participants
          • Players respawn inside the arena during the LIVE raid.
          • After each respawn, players receive their raid loadout (guns) automatically.
          • Spawn protection (5 seconds) is applied after respawn to prevent instant spawn kills.
          • Spawn protection is automatically removed if a player deals damage to another player while it’s active.
        • Health Drops (Arena Pickups)
          • When a player is killed, a small health kit can drop at the death location.
          • Picking it up restores +35 HP.
          • Health kits despawn after 20 seconds, and each raid has a limited amount active at once.
        • Leaving / Disconnect Handling
          • Players can leave an active raid using /leaveraid.
          • If a team becomes empty during a LIVE raid (everyone leaves/disconnects), the raid ends early and the other team wins.
          • If a player disconnects during an active (LIVE) raid, logging back in will automatically restore them into the same raid and teleport them back to the arena if the raid is still active.
  • Craftsman Job Update (Faster Deliveries & More Craftsman Materials Storage)
    • Following player feedback requesting faster delivery options for the Craftsman job, we have added new improvements aimed at high-skill Craftsmen.
    • Air Deliveries (Skill 10 Requirement)
      • Players can now use private airplanes or helicopters to deliver Craftsman packages.
      • This feature is unlocked at Craftsman skill 10. Until skill 10, Craftsmen may still deliver using a private car as usual.
    • How it works
      • The air delivery option uses a separate delivery system designed specifically for aircraft.
      • Instead of driving to the destination, skill 10 players can complete deliveries by air-dropping the package directly to the target location (House Upgrade Business).

  • Job Clash
    • A new daily competition called Job Clash has been added. Every day, one job becomes the Clash Job, and players compete by completing as many successful runs as possible on that job.
    • Eligible Jobs: Transporter, Drugs Dealer, Car Jacker, Car Mechanic, Arms Dealer, Archeologist, Electrician, Quarry Worker, Lumberjack, Miner, Garbage Man, Fisherman, Trucker, Chemist
    • How to participate:
      • Work the active Clash Job and complete runs normally.
      • Each successful run counts as +1 run toward your daily score.
      • After each successful run, you’ll receive a confirmation message showing your total runs for the day.
    • Leaderboard:
      • Use [/jobclash] to view the current standings.
      • The leaderboard shows Player Name – Runs, sorted from highest to lowest.
    • Daily winners & rewards:
      • At midnight, Job Clash ends, winners are announced, and rewards are given automatically:
        • 1st place: $200,000
        • 2nd place: $100,000
        • 3rd place: $50,000
      • After rewards are distributed: The leaderboard is reset & a new Clash Job becomes active for the next day
    • Important notes:
      • Job Clash can run at the same time as Job of the Day (both can be active together).
      • Only successful runs completed on the active Clash Job count toward the leaderboard. Runs from other jobs will not be recorded for Job Clash.
      • If two or more players finish with the same number of runs, the higher placement will be awarded to the more veteran player
      • Winners will receive their rewards even if they are offline at midnight.
      • The [/jobs] list has been updated with new badges:
        • [x2] marks the current Job of the Day
        • [CLASH] marks the current Clash Job
  • Skin Reroll Rework
    • The Skin Reroll system was reworked, players can now choose what bonuses they want to reroll and which ones they don't want to reroll.
    • The Skin Reroll interface can be found at Egyptian Trader -> Press Y near him. -> UPGRADE -> REROLL.
    • Only Diamond and Onyx skins are eligible for reroll, like before.
    • The rework consists of selecting which bonuses should be rerolled and which ones should be kept.
    • An interface will be opened with all your skin bonuses and some buttons with a "X" on the right, immediately after opening the interface.
    • These buttons change the status of the keeping of the bonus when they're pressed; if the button to the right of the bonus name is marked with a "X", pressing it will mark the button with a checkmark.
    • The checkmark marks a bonus will be REROLLED, the "X" marks a bonus that will be KEPT.
    • After this process, the "CONFIRM" button can be pressed and will open a confirmation window with all the information needed, like which bonuses will be rerolled and which ones will be kept.
    • The reroll prices underwent some modifications:
      • To reroll a bonus you'll need $1.000.000 and 50 MP. Those requirements will increase for every bonus selected to be rerolled, for example: 2 bonuses will require $2.000.000 and 100 MP and so on.
      • If you reroll less than 2 (1 or 2) bonuses, you'll need only one ticket of the skin's type.
      • If you reroll more than 2 (3 or 4) bonuses, you'll need 2 tickets of the skin's type (this will apply only to Onyx skins for now).
  • Valentines Binder Quest
    • A new type of quest was added, details about prizes can be seen here.
    • The quest can be started using (/binder), or the alias (/tinder).
    • Binder is a wordplay on Tinder, the dating platform.
    • The quest will consist of creating dates through the Binder interface.
    • Binder interface consists of: 
      • A "?" button, used to explain how the quests works in simple steps.
      • A "x" button in the top right of the interface to close it.
      • A "X" button in the bottom left of the interface to dislike a Binder profile.
      • A "See matches" button in the bottom middle of the interface to see what matches you have.
      • A "Heart" button in the bottom right of the interface to like a Binder profile.
    • Binder profiles will consist of players that used (/binder) (starts the quest if they used the command for the first time) and if there aren't enough players of the opposite sex, NPC's.
    • A match is formed when both players like each other's Binder profiles.
    • After the match is made, one of the players can use (/binder) -> See matches -> Select you to find you and start a date. 
    • If you don't want, for some reason, to go on a date with that player or the NPC, you can use (/cancel meeting) to end it; also the player or NPC will disappear from your matching list.
    • To remove your Binder profile (stop the quest) you can use (/cancel quest).
    • Commands (/cancel quest) and (/cancel meeting) are restricted from being used after a NPC meeting was started for 1 minute, for anti-abuse reasons.
    • Binder profiles will appear only with opposite sex players or NPCs.
    • The objective of a date is for the man to give a flower to the woman partner, and the woman to accept it.
    • After the woman (player or NPC) accepts it, a cutscene will start and an animation of receiving (for women)  or giving (for men) will be set.
    • Female players will remain with a flower in their hands after the date ended.
    • The system consists of two types of dates:
      • The one with the NPC:
        • NPCs will appear in-game if there aren't enough players of the opposite sex doing the quest that you can meet.
        • After making a match with a NPC, the player will need to select it from (/binder) -> See matches and go to him/her.
        • He or she will be required to press Y near the NPC.
        • After the cutscene the date will end and you'll progress the quest.
      • The one with an opposite sex player:
        • Players will need to meet on the map; one of the players will need to select the other player from (/binder) -> See matches and go to him/her.
        • After that, they'll have a checkpoint to each other updated constantly, like at (/find).
        • When they reach each other, they'll get an instruction from the server: the male player should use (/giveflower Name/ID) on the female and the female should wait for the flower from the male, after that she'll use (/accept flower Name/ID) to trigger the cutscene and to start the date.
        • Both players will progress the quest after the cutscene ends.
    • NPC matches offer a success chance based on the skin worn by the player; if the skin is attractive, the matching chance with an NPC will be 70%, otherwise it will be 50%. Attractive skins are defined as follows:
      • Female skins with IDs: 11, 12, 40, 41, 55, 56, 65, 76, 90, 91, 93, 131, 141, 148, 150, 169, 172, 190, 191, 192, 193, 194, 195, 211, 214, 216, 219, 226, 233, 306, 307, 308.
      • Male skins with IDs: 3, 17, 20, 45, 46, 57, 59, 61, 98, 108, 113, 119, 120, 126, 147, 171, 173, 186, 187, 189, 217, 223, 227, 228, 240, 273, 290, 291, 292, 293, 294, 295.
    • Some anti-abuse checks are made to avoid players abusing in some ways to make the quest faster than it should be. If you don't see someone on (/binder) and you both started the quest and meet the gender requirements, it is because of those checks.
    • The limit of NPCs that players can have on the match list at the same time is 5 if there aren't enough opposite sex players in the app, otherwise there will be only 2 at the same time.
  • Overall Modifications
    • The [/setstat] command has been expanded with additional options for managing player freebies.
    • Admins can now view and edit the following free-use values directly through /setstat:
      • Free Name Changes, Free VIP, Free Bail, Free Hidden Color, Free DS Stock, Free KM Reset, Free HALF Report, Free OPTIONAL Report, Free FP Clear, Free Warn Clear, Free Jobskill UP, Free Clan Name Change, Free Clan Color Change, Free 3D Label, Free Colored Carplate
    • All changes made through these new /setstat options are logged for security and transparency.
    • Players will no longer be able to abuse some bugs or illegal mods that allowed them to use weapons while driving. If they're detected with a weapon while they're driving, it will be removed from their hands.
    • The Skin Upgrade Ticket and Fragment were added to the Recycling System:
      • Skin Upgrade Ticket will be worth 120 Gold or $60.000.
      • Skin Upgrade Fragment will be worth 24 Gold or $12.000.
    • Hitmen will exit after (/ram) inside of a bunker from the bunker they entered, instead of exiting at their bunker entrance.
    • Hitmen can open apartment doors if they're undercover.
    • Players will no longer be able to abuse (/fireworks) to kill other players; the explosions will not be rendered for the player that is near them.
